Course General objective: 

At the end of training, the trainee will be able to:
• Deepen the knowledge about specific diagnosis in Myofunctional Therapy and treatment plan with Functional Orthopedic Appliances (FOAs);
• Deepen the knowledge about assessment in Orofacial Motricity;
• Deepen the knowledge on the sequence and intervention priorities.

Educational Strategic Objective: 

At the end of training, the trainee will be able to:
• Evaluate the interaction of orofacial structures (form) and stomatognathic functions (function), in order to define a correct diagnosis and the appropriate moment for the therapeutic intervention of Speech Therapy;
• Deepen the knowledge about the sequence and priorities of intervention in patients with FOAs;
• Actively participate in the discussion seminars of clinical cases presented by the Institute and by the trainees.
