Educational Strategic Objective:
• To know the fundamental principles of the FJO, the Planas Laws of Development and the scientific works that support the practice of functional techniques;
• Correctly identify the therapy through the Planas Direct Track;
• Correctly identify the noble level of prevention of malocclusions;
• Correctly identify the indication and action of the Planas Direct Track in bilateral, anterior and unilateral cross bites, Sim and Brodie;
• Correctly identify the indication and action of the Planas Direct Track in open and deep bites and in distoclusions and mesioclusions;
• Correctly define how to construct the Planas Direct Track, detailing the correct inclination for each type of malocclusion;
• Correctly elaborate the construction of the Planas Direct Track by Direct and Indirect Methods. Laboratory practice;
Course General Objective:
To enable the professional to work at the noble level of prevention of malocclusion, through the confection of the Planas Direct Tracks with scientific knowledge based on the fundamental principles of Functional Jaw Orthopedics and the Planas Laws of Development.
Final Forming Skills:
Obtain knowledge that allows the trainee to know the definition, indication and construction of the Planas Direct Track for all types of malocclusion, based on the scientific knowledge of the principles and Laws that rule the FJO.
